The Ramifications of a Good Leader
Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.
Jesus is the only example of a good leader we have to go by, but you also you have to remember he was first a follower. Ever since he was little he followed his fathers will despite what everyone said, thought and done. Here he talks to two of the disciples.
Notice what he says: come FOLLOW me and I will teach you to lead other men. So in order to be a good leader we must first become a good follower. Not only does a leader expect you to be obedient to him but he also expects you to LEARN so if you're called you will be qualified to lead which leads to a choice: so many leaders but which one is qualified?
John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
This is how you will know. If you can hear his voice through your leader follow him. IF you can't turn away for he is not a leader merely a deceiver!
John 12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
God does not do any thing in which he does not give rewards. The good receives a just reward, and the evil receives just rewards. ALWAYS remember Lord and Savior not just Savior.
